Bob is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Idaho No. 5618) with over twenty years experience as a Land Surveyor. His experience has included retracements of Homestead Entry Surveys, Mineral Surveys and the Public Lands System. Over the years Bob has posted and marked hundreds of miles of property lines for the U.S. Forest Service, Idaho Department of Lands and the Boise Cascade Corporation. His experience includes land divisions, property line agreements, easement, subdivision design & platting and wetland delineation among others. His experience has proven to be a valuable asset to the community and company alike. Bob has a bachelor’s degree in botany from the University of Idaho.

Jim is a licensed professional civil engineer (Idaho No. 4776). He joined the company after 32 years of federal service. Much of his experience involved dealing with regulatory entities at state, federal, and other levels. He is highly experienced in finding the balance between regulatory and developmental needs. He managed major programs in the public sector and is applying those management skills to meeting our clients’ needs. |
George “Chip” Bowers, P.L.S.

Chip is licensed in Idaho as a professional land surveyor (No. 13549). His experience covers residential lot surveys, property line adjustments, ALTA surveys, Cadastral surveys, Residential Subdivisions, Condominium Plats, Right-of-way dedications and vacations, FEMA Elevation Certificates and LOMA's, topographic mapping, and construction staking. Chip has 14 years experience in the field and has demonstrated a high degree of performance in all project stages: from client relations and scoping to research, to gathering field data, to design,calculations and layout, to preparation of final documents and billing. Chip obtained a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Resources from the University of Idaho prior to getting his P.L.S.

Dan is licensed in Idaho as a professional land surveyor (No. 14217). Dan has over thirteen years experience in the land surveying field. His experience includes commercial and residential boundary surveys, Condominium surveys, and Subdivision platting, topographic mapping and ALTA surveys. Dan is well versed in the areas of GPS surveying and mapping, construction calculations & layout, data processing and drafting. His experience completing projects from start to finish and meeting productivity standards has proven beneficial to both the company and clients. Dan obtained a Certificate in Land Surveying from the University of Wyoming and a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from the University of West Florida.
